I had an absolutely amazing experience at Queen Anne Flowers. I wanted to thank someone for a kindness and decided a small bouquet would be nice. I told the lady at the counter (I believe she is the owner) that I wanted something really small. She asked my price range, we agreed on $20-25 and then I considered it again and requested we keep it down to $20. I wasn't expecting much but she came back with a beautiful, colorful arrangement. I was very pleased and she wrapped it up beautifully. I then realized the recipient may not be able to put the bouquet in water for a few hours. She opened it back up, put water tubes on the roses, soaked a few paper towels which she wrapped around the bottom, and then again wrapped it up beautifully. She went to such trouble for a $20 sale, and I was so impressed with such amazing customer service. I highly recommend this shop.
